Latest RICS Commercial Property Survey shows that growth in demand for business premises fell during 2Q 2000. A total of 9% of respondents claimed that demand had grown compared to 21% in the 1Q. The number of businesses looking to buy or rent over the quarter has increased, implying that prosects look good overall.
