Valuation Office Agency is now able to receive multiple appeals from ratepayers or their advisors via email. The new application, which consists of a spreadsheet, and will enable ratepayers to serve up to 2000 appeals at a time, is available from all VOA offices, and is due to be published on the VOA website. http://www.voa.gov.uk
