'Howkins & Harrison (a firm) v Tyler and another,' CA 12 July 2000, which examined whether a valuer could claim a contribution from a borrower, under the Civil Liability Act 1978 S1(1), towards damages awarded to a lender in respect of a negligent valuation. Appeal dismissed.
