W argued that under the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995, the landlord should not require an authorised guarantee agreement. W contending reasonableness qualification. The landlord did not accept the qualifying words 'where reasonable'. 'Held' the tenant's application was allowed.
