"Bellow Properties Ltd v Trinity College Cambridge", ChD 12 June 2000, which examined rent review clause requiring lessee to build in accordance with plans approved in 1970, despite the corresponding provision in the actual lease not being so confining. Landlord contended that the hypothetical obligation should follow the wording of the actual obligation. Landlord's contention rejected.
