Weatherall's recent international rent survey shows a 15% rise in rents in the six months to June ranks London as the world's second most expensive city. West end accommodation costs have risen 18% since January from £83.50 a sq ft to £98.50 a sq ft, with the total cost of city office space at £79 a sq ft, an increase of 13% from £70 a sq ft. Table.
