Research from Colliers Conrad Ritblat Erdman shows that whilst most of the UK is seeing a significant slow-down in rental growth, Glasgow's retail rents have reversed this trend, moving ahead of Edinburgh's for the first time in many years. On a UK-wide basis the research reveals that in real terms retail property values are lower than they were a decade ago.
