LT 25 May 1995. Appeal on the description of a floating hotel in the valuation list as a hotel and premises. The ratepayer claimed this was not valid as the greater part of the land was tarmaced to provide a car park and the hotel itself was not actually using the land. Held that the hotel was a chattel and could not be said to be occupying the adjoining land.
