Examines a report by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, "Neighbour nuisance, social landlords and the law", which is the first national study to look at how social landlords deal with neighbour nuisance. The study shows that although most landlords perceive nuisance neighbours as a real problem, few are prepared to use the legal actions available to them.
