Property specialists, Benchmark Group, predict West End rents will level off in the next two years. In the past year office rents in the West End have soared with rents in Victoria rising 6% to £45 a sq ft; Mayfair rents rising 20% to £75 a sq ft; and Soho rents rising 29% to £55 a sq ft.
