Lagging behind - 2000 - Estate Agency News October 2000, 6(1) .

A customer satisfaction survey by property website 08004homes, shows that estate agents fall behind mortgage advisors, removal men, solicitors, surveyors and sellers in the homebuying process. The National Association of Estate Agents believes poor public perception is caused by the lack of compulsory training in estate agency.
