"Johnsons of London Ltd v Protec Trust Management" ChD 18 October 2000. The claimant tenant held a business lease with a break clause. The landlord considered that the tenant was not entitled to invoke the clause as no new rent had been determined and the landlord was electing not to initiate a rent review.
