According the the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), hardly 5% of the construction workforce is covered by government's Investors in People (IiP) initiative. The CITB is hoping to improve take-up of IiP, and is raising its company grant for a commitment to IiP from £1,500 to £2,500, plus £25 per person covered.
