Central London County Court 28 September 2000. "Lady Manor Ltd v Fat Cat Cafe Bars". Claimant estate agent sent details of a property, before it went on the general market, to the defendant. The letter stated that fees would become payable if the introduction led to a successful transaction. The defendant bought the property through the vendor's retained agent, and the claimant brought a claim to recover commission fees.
