Knight Frank predicts that residential rental prices in Greater London will grow by 10% in the twelve months to September 2001, whilst yields will improve as growth in rents outperforms capital values. Knight Frank's latest residential lettings review reveals that prime rental values have risen by 11.9% in Greater London and 6.9% in the country market.
