"National Car Parks Ltd v Trinity Development Co (Banbury) Ltd" ChD 9 November 2000. The claimant, who was licensed to manage and administer the defendant's car park, asserted that their tenancy was protected by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and that, despite having agreed not to impede the licensor's exercise of possessory rights, they were entitled to exclusive possession, the defendant having served notice to terminate the agreement.
