An integrated residential scheme, offering permanent housing for former homeless people and key workers such as nurses and teachers, is to be piloted in central London. The Housing Corporation is set to allocate funding for the 'Common Ground' project, proposed by the Kings Fund and the charity Crisis, which is modelled on a project in Times Square, New York.
