Co-location and hosting are growing too quickly for traditional property law. This has been illustrated by law firm KLegal, which recently reviewed a number of standard occupational documents of the leading "coloproviders", and found these to be seriously deficient. The review indicates that most of the standard documents need revising. Customers and providers require carefully tailored documentation that takes account of the sophisticated nature of co-location facilities.
