More delays to new Building Regs - 2000 - Building 49(8165) 8 December 2000, 13(1) .

DETR confirms that the review of the Building Regulations is delayed, due to further changes to combat the effects of global warming. Revisions to Part A will cover the safety of buildings in extreme weather conditions. The changes may also affect Part E and L.
