Highlights two decisions "DSND Subsea Ltd v Petroleum Geo Services ASA (PGS)" which showed that threatening to breach a contract is illegitimate pressure and "Carillion Construction v Felix UK", concluding that in future the courts will have to consider whether the aggrieved party had any practical alternative to entering into the agreement.
