Suggests that use of the internet as a marketing tool for farmland properties is becoming increasingly common among land agents keen to cash in on its benefits. Over 50 agents have invested in a new venture called Fastcrop, which aims to launch 'the ultimate property web-site' in January 2001. Some agents predict it is only a matter of time before auctioning properties over the internet becomes commonplace.
