The development teams are made up from members of the boards, which include representatives from the community as well as a director, and help residents to learn new skills and participate within the community. This is facilitated by community development plans. Also considers the role played by Leaside Regeneration, an SRB partnership, in promoting new local business which could service the major new developments nearby.
