A new website aims to make buying and selling a house easier. So far 600 estate agents, solicitors and others have signed up to use Territorium, an online housebuying information system piloted by Teramedia. Eventually this hopes to be linked in to the government agency, National Land Information Service's database to create the ultimate tool in electronic conveyancing.
