Raynsford calls for more flexibility - 2001 - DETR News Release (026) 24 January 2001 .

At the recent Property Industry Forum, Planning Minister Nick Raynsford called for greater flexibility in the commercial property market. He welcomed the constructive dialogue on rent reviews and more flexible leases that is taking place between landlords and tenants' representatives, but said that more needs to be done.
