EasyMove, a group of independent estate agents who are in partnership with Legal & General franchising, have reduced the average time it takes to purchase a house to 20 days. They have achieved this by placing an LPC graduate consultant in the estate agent's office, who has the backing of a national law firm. As a trainee solicitor this consultant is able to negotiate with both the buyer and the seller without breaking Law Society rules.
