A report by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) suggests that new models of housing such as quality bedsits, live/work units and technology-integrated 'smart home' will start to challenge the traditional view of houses and flats. The CEBR believes that the increase in homeworking and developments in technology will prompt people to choose flexible housing options.
