Two articles covering the provisions of the 1987 Act. The first article deals with Part 1 of the Act relating to the lessees`right of pre-emption in connection with leasehold flats and the second article deals with the remainder of the Act covering the statutory right to appoint managers, compulsory acquisition of the reversion by the lessees, orders for the variation of defective leases and supplementary provisions regarding the management of leasehold property and the supplying of additional information by the landlord to the tenants.
