The Tenancy Information Centre Association (TICA) has launched a new tenant information database in the UK to expose problem tenants who owe rent or damage property. The watchdog database system has been running in Australia and New Zealand for seven years, and is similar to the National Association of Residential Letting Agents' (ARLA) DART scheme.
