Wayleave payments to remain unchanged - 2001 - Estates and Wayleaves Committee Press Release 16 March 2001, (4) .

The Estates and Wayleaves Forum has announced that electricity wayleave payments, made to compensate land occupiers for the interference caused by electricity apparatus, are to remain unchanged. Increases in the rates paid to owners were agreed earlier in the year and will apply from 1 April 2001 until 31 March 2005.
