RICS is to publish a 'tool kit' to help local authorities coordinate development around transport interchanges, or transport development areas (TDAs). It will advise on the creation of mixed-use, high-density schemes around these transport nodes. The tool kit will take the form of an interim report, followed by a conference on 5 June 2001, and a final report due to be published in the autumn.
