Formation of agreement by means of arbitration

Looks at the jurisdiction of arbitrators to create agreements between parties, through discussion of the case of "Sheer v Lee". For in principle, if the wording in an arbitration clause is wide enough, an arbitrator can be given the jurisdiction to not only resolve the dispute under a current agreement, but also to establish an agreement between the parties.
