"Kensington and Chelsea Royal LBC v Harvey Nichols & Co Ltd and others", QBD 30 March 2001, which examined whether planning permission was required for advertising placed on a PVC shroud attached to scaffolding surrounding a department store or whether the advertising was incorporated into the fabric of the building. Council's application for an injunction allowed.
