Two Home Condition Report pilots run by SAVA and the DETR are planned this summer. The first pilot scheme will be launched in June and will involve 20 SAVA-accredited surveyors producing Home Condition Reports for a range of properties across Coventry. The second pilot scheme is likely to include several areas of the country and is due for the end of the summer.
