From beyond the grave
Holloway, J.
From beyond the grave - 2001 - Building 266(8181) 20 April 2001, 50-51(2) .
Considers the implications of a solicitors negligence case which may have implications for the constuction industry in general. In "Cave vs Robinson, Jarvis and Rolf", a negligence case was brought outside of previously accepted periods. The fact that the case was successful means that many other authorities could be affected. For example an architect could be found liable because of negligence many years after plans have been drawn up.
