Egan to chair strategic forum for construction - 2001 - DETR News Release (250) 2 May 2001 (2) .

Sir John Egan is to chair a strategic forum for the construction industry, which will come into operation on 1 July 2001 and carry forward the work of the Construction Industry Board to improve the efficiency, health and safety and image of construction. The forum will include representatives of clients, government departments and agencies, suppliers and the strategic forum of construction training organisations and will work in partnership with other industry bodies.
