Discusses the final revised version of PPG13 which will govern transport planning for the next decade and beyond. Welcomes the new proposals and takes into account some of the concerns from the development industry and business community. Particularly noteworthy are revised plans for parking spaces with one space allowed per 30 square metres. The proposals also provide guidance to councils urging authorities to review their development plans to allocate sites that are accessible by public transport.
