The Irish Property Index, compiled by Jones Lang LaSalle reveals that the pace of growth in the commercial property market has slowed in the first three months of 2001. Jones Lang calculates returns in the first quarter at 3% which is 2.7% lower than for the same period in 2000. Outlines returns for the office, retail and industrial markets. Graph.
