Findings by Cluttons dispute reports that the London property market is levelling. Cluttons claims in its bi-annual residential property report "The London View", that prices have risen by 3.9% in central London in the last quarter of 2000. Also reports that demand for central London property is increasing and that rental prices grew by 2.7% in the first quarter of 2001.
