Raynsford promises return of seller's pack

Housing Minister Nick Raynsford has promised that if Labour regain office, he will push for the seller's pack proposals to be made law in the next parliament. He has suggested the legislation could be passed in the first few weeks of the new parliament, prior to the summer recess. The RICS has welcomed this pledge.
