Research by Knight Frank indicates that requirements for office space around the M25 have fallen by two-thirds since April 2000. These findings reflect the nervousness of the corporate community, and its reluctance to commit to deals. However, Knight Frank goes on to suggest that the M25 market remains "balanced and consistent" with a vacancy rate of just 4%.
