New heritage funding for run-down areas - 2001 - Regeneration and Renewal 11 May 2001, 7(1) .

New funds are to be available for schemes to regenerate historic buildings in run-down and deprived urban and rural areas. English Heritage, government's adviser on the historic environment, has announced a £9m package of funding. This is the third round of the agency's Heritage Economic Regeneration Schemes.
