Tall buildings key to city status

Tall buildings key to city status - 2001 - Architects' Journal 213(19) 17 May 2001, 5(1) .

Architects, the Corporation of London, the GLA and Mayor Ken Livingstone are calling for a rethink of planning policy to permit tall buildings to ensure that London maintains 'world city' status.
