Considers the outcome in "Kensington and Chelsea Royal London BC v Harvey Nichols & Co Ltd and another", which involved the attempts of a planning authority to have a shroud advertisement removed. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s187B gives the courts power to grant injunctions for both actual and apprehended breaches of planning control. Reveals that case law indicates courts are prepared to help planning authorities obtain injunctions under s178B.
