Figures from CB Hillier Parker show that retail warehouse completions were at their lowest since 1992 last year, with the amount of floorspace in the development pipeline at a record low. It is predicted that approximately 200,000 sq m per annum will continue to be completed despite government attempts to limit out of town developments, which have forced landlords to work existing properties harder.
