RICS research has developed a new tool that will ensure sustainable property development and use. Applicable to all sectors Comprehensive Project Appraisal (CPA) requires developers, planners and project managers to consider financial and economic values, the environment, recreation, safety and security, wider economic and social issues, liveability, public welfare, infrastructure and transport, and the views and differences of stakeholders.
