Summary of results from Lee Crowder's adjudication survey. Forty-eight contractors responded to questions about the overall adjudication process, adjudicator's fees, suggestions for improvement, the number of cases they have been involved in, and whether they were the referring party. Key findings include: 67% of contractors considered the adjudication process satisfactory and 51% felt adjudicators should have more time to deliver their decisions.
