London house prices slower rise

Both the Halifax and Nationwide house prices indexes have been issued. They report sharp growth increases nationally with figures of over 7% recorded. The Nationwide survey reveals that house prices in London are slowing compared to the rest of the country but still growing at a reasonable rate of 5%.
