At the recent launch of a joint CABE-English Heritage consultation paper "Guidance on Tall Buildings", Sir Stuart Lipton, chair of CABE, predicted that the new transport infrastructure in London will be funded by high-density development above stations. Comments on "Guidance on Tall Buildings" should be submitted before 15 October 2001.
