New services to facilitate e-conveyancing

HM Land Registry has extended Real Time Priority (RTP) to all substantive applications and official searches. The introduction of a more precise priority system is needed in order to enable the delivery of electronic conveyancing. The date and time customers' applications are entered onto the database will now determine their priority. A new outline application service will also allow customers to reserve priority for their transaction, in advance of submitting their papers.
