The anti-Seller's Pack pressure group SPLINTA, which stands for 'Seller's Pack Law is not the Answer', that has so far been backed by 219 individuals, has gained further significant support from industry bodies. The Law Society and Land Law Committee, the Independent Association of Estate Agents, Knight Frank Corporate, and the Independent Mortgage Lenders Association, have all given their backing to the pressure group. SPLINTA has also called on the NAEA to ballot its members.
